Terms:
Quality Thread standard terms are net 30 days with an approved credit application. We also offer the option of MasterCard, Visa, Discover, C.O.D., or pre-payment.

Minimum Order Quantity:
$100 per purchase order. Customers may combine multiple items to reach the minimum order quantity.

Shipping:
QTN ships the same day on stock orders received before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. Distributor drop shipments that meet the $100 minimum will be accessed a $20 fee per order.

 

Quality Thread ships UPS daily and also can accommodate LTL and Fed-Ex shipping requirements. Unless instructed otherwise, orders will be shipped via UPS ground or our choice of LTL providers. See the chart below for UPS time in transit.

 

Returns/Discrepancies:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and approved RGA (returned goods authorization). Re-stocking fees may apply.

 

All claims for unreceived, damaged, or improperly shipped merchandise must be reported to us within 15 days of the invoice.
